Monthly informal gatherings for members to get together, share stories and meet others travelling the family of multiples experience. Committee members are on hand to help out with babies, make you a cup of coffee and offer their support and experience
Expectant and New Parent Morning Teas
Monthly informal gatherings for expectant or parents of newborns (under the age of 18 months) to get together, share stories and meet others travelling the family of multiples experience. Club members are on hand to help out with babies, make you a cup of coffee and offer their support and experience.
Parent Escape Nights
An informal monthly parent catch ups are an opportunity to socialise with other parents of multiples. It's a great way to meet, chat and make new friends with other club members and enjoy some kid free conversation.
New Parent’s Luncheon
The New Parent’s Luncheon is a bi-annual lunch prepared by volunteer club members for our new parents to enjoy a sit down lunch and meet new friends while their babies are cared for by our club volunteers
Social Events
Free family events such as the children's Christmas party, social gatherings and events throughout Multiple Birth Awareness Week.

Supports
Antenatal Sessions
Antenatal information sessions are for members and non-members expecting multiples. Expectant parents are provided with information to help prepare them for life with multiples. Its a great opportunity to meet other parents expecting multiples ask questions from multiple parents who have been there.
Information sessions
NWMBC offers information sessions to parents of multiples each year on topics relevant to assist them with raising their children. Topics include sleep and settling, parenting advice and school readiness. Phone and email support are always available with our new parent team.
Newsletter
NWMBC’s ‘Stork Talk’ newsletter features details of the club’s social events, playgroup activities, personal stories, relevant articles and club news.
Playgroup for multiples
NWMBC have playgroup sessions in Essendon and Keilor Park.

Our Members only Facebook and Buy Swap Sell groups are a great way to keep up to date on what's happening around the club, and ask questions and advice from other club members.

Club benefits
Library
The club's library has a great range of books for both multiple-specific and general topics; such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, settling babies, behaviour and toilet training. Items can be borrowed when playgroup is held, or at Expectant and New Parent Coffee Mornings and Antenatal Sessions (where available)
We also have a free feeding pillow hire ($50 deposit required, refunded on return of pillow)
